Japanese Styrax (Snowbell) has to be one of my favorite species for bonsai: It grows quickly, heals wounds nicely, is very twiggy, and has a fine root system that does not mind being messed with.
This tree is around 3 years old and has been in the grow beds for the last year. It should start blooming in the next few years.
The nebari is around 3/4".
